While we strive for 100% on-time delivery, Manibhadra Engineering is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by delivery delays due to force majeure or logistics failures beyond our control.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, blueprints, and technical specifications created by our engineers remain the intellectual property of Manibhadra Engineering until full payment is received.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
